brain droppings

no pictures friday

man ... so while i admit i'm a blog newb (or at least highly flakey in getting posts up), my wife has been regularly posting for about 6 months now. she keeps coming across more and more 'take a picture of this stuff this day' type programs. i'm thinkin thats fun and all, but she is constantly taking pictures for this or that. so... i'm got an idea for one... gonna have to see if i can get her taking pictures one more day... muauahahhahacoughcough

anyway... i guess i'll unveil it on monday, i think i'm gonna do it for tuesday.

we are hangin out watching the katrina aid concert on every channel on tv now. it would be interesting to know how well they do, everyone i know is doing something, my company has a 2:1 donation matching program, and a guy at the office is actually offering to do 2:1 if you donate to the lance armstrong foundation, again up to 10k (he isnt rich), and lance armstrong is also doing a 2:1, so thats effectively a 4:1 for your buck. i wish i had the funds to actually get to donate to any of them, but the sad truth is that every penny i have right now goes to the feed us fund. gee... topic is too heavy now... gonna go cry in my milk or something
